1. The basics

SenAI ("we", "us", "our") runs senai.uk, our Discord bot, and the tools that go with them. We'll call all of that "the Service". These terms cover how you use it. By making an account or using the Service you're agreeing to them, so if you don't agree, please don't use SenAI.

2. What SenAI is

SenAI is a study and tutoring toolkit for students. Depending on the feature, it can walk you through problems with step-by-step solutions and explanations, give you past paper practice, help with homework across your subjects, and help you polish your writing. Most of it runs through our Discord bot, with the rest on the website. It's here to support your learning, not to do it for you.

3. Your account

You'll need an account for most features. Keep your details accurate and your password to yourself, because you're responsible for anything that happens under your account. Some things, like activating premium, need a linked Discord account. We don't allow sign-ups with school or institution email addresses, so please use a personal one.

4. Using SenAI responsibly

A few things we ask of you:

• SenAI is a study aid. You're responsible for your own work and for sticking to your school or college's rules on how you study and hand things in. We're not responsible for any academic or disciplinary outcome that comes from how you use the Service.
• If you use SenAI alongside another service, following that service's own rules and terms is down to you.
• Don't misuse it. That means no trying to break or overload the Service, no reselling access without our okay, and nothing that harms other people.

5. No affiliation

SenAI is independent. It runs on its own and isn't built into or operated by any other learning platform. We're not connected to, endorsed by, or partnered with any of the learning platforms or brands you might see named in the Service. Those names and trademarks belong to their owners, and we only mention them so you know what works with what. If you own one of those brands and want it removed from our Service, just contact us.

6. Premium and payments

SenAI has a free tier and a premium tier. Premium is a one-time payment that unlocks the extra features for the lifetime of the Service. You can pay through our checkout, or activate premium by redeeming a valid licence key, which may need a linked and verified Discord account.

Refunds:premium is a one-off digital purchase, so it's non-refundable once your key has been redeemed or used. If you've bought a key and haven't redeemed it yet, get in touch and we'll sort out a refund at our discretion.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep things running, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Learning platforms change, things break, and features can go down or change without notice. We don't promise the Service will always be accurate, available, or uninterrupted.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or knock-on losses that come from using the Service, or from not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms limits anything that can't legally be limited.

9. Suspension and removal

We can suspend or close access if someone breaks these terms or uses the Service in a way that harms other users, us, or the platforms we work with. You can delete your account whenever you like from your security settings.

10. Changes

We'll update these terms now and then. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and carrying on with the Service means you're fine with the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
